Bitzer’s industrial market expert, Ron has over 10 years experience working in all areas of the industry. His client list includes: Prudential Insurance, Kimco Realty, Industrial Development International, First Industrial, Whirlpool Corporation, and Distribution Plus. In the previous 6 years he has completed a combination of industrial, land, and development transactions in excess of $125,000,000 in value including the sale and lease of approximately 10,000,000 square feet.
Ron graduated from Washington State University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and moved to Colorado to pursue a career commercial real estate, and to escape the Northwest rain, in 1996. When not working on transactions, Ron can be found skiing, hiking and biking in the mountains with his wife and young son.
