Rich Chase has twenty-five years experience in and out of the retail/outside sales business and has been involved in retail/corporate real estate since 1992. Rich is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the 'who's-who' in the commercial retail industry. His retail background and real estate experience have evolved into Bitzer’s retail service group, which includes investment, relocation, tenant representation and renewal services. Some national clients include Global Restaurant Development, Plato’s Closet, Award Insurance, Fluor Enterprises, Inc., G&B Investments of Dallas, Maaco Auto Body, Fireside Banks, Goddard Schools, Sir Speedy, Camille’s Sidewalk Cafe and Earl Scheib Paint and Auto body as well as local and regional companies including Title America, Western Finance, Harding Schultz & Downs, Alsco Cardinal, Innovative Dentist, and Los Dos Potrillos Mexican Restaurant.
Rich is a 4th generation native of Denver and Colorado. When not working actively in the real estate brokerage business Rich enjoys mountain biking, skiing, running and golf.
