With more than 20 years of closing, escrow and title experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mari brings a wide spectrum of knowledge to our organization. Mari lends her comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate to assist throughout each phase of a transaction from due diligence phases to the closing. In working closely with each team member, Mari also develops innovative and strategic marketing materials for listing assignments, comprehensive market research and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Bitzer Real Estate Partners, Mari gained invaluable experience as a Marketing Specialist for a leading home care agency, with over 900 international franchise businesses. Previous experience as a tenured commercial closing/escrow officer include Land Title Guarantee Company, and First American Heritage Title Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company and Mile High Banks (formerly Horizon Banks).
Mari is a Colorado native who boasts of living in 14 different cities throughout our State. She enjoys spending time in the mountains, gardening, fine dining and wine tastings.
