Hal Hultquist has been involved in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry for more than 35 years. Hal specializes in all aspects of investment properties and distressed asset services.
Prior to joining Bitzer Real Estate Partners, Hal served as President of CPM Corporation in Southern California, a Receiver Management Company, handling over 800 property management assignments during its 6 years of operation.
Prior to the establishment of CPM Corporation, previous roles include President of EC Equities, Inc., a Southern California property management company, Vice President of Development and Property Management for Devcal Industries, Inc., an affiliate of the Oxford Development Company, established to complete several development projects for Kemper Insurance Companies, Executive Vice President of Tierra Investment Company, a development and energy company in San Antonio, Texas and National Director of Property Management for R&M Financial Corporation.
Hal enjoys spending leisure time golfing and sailing.
