Since joining Bitzer Real Estate Partners in 2004, Bryan has specialized in Landlord and Tenant representation for office and industrial properties. Throughout his career, some of the many companies Bryan has represented are United Business Media, Exempla Healthcare, New York Life, Ball Corporation, Western Paper Distributors, Omega Products International and Big O Tires. Bryan prides himself on a high level of client service and extensive knowledge of the local real estate markets.
Bryan graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. While attending the University, Bryan was also a member of the real estate certificate program at the Leeds School of Business.
Bryan is an active member of the University of Colorado Real Estate Council, Denver Metro Commercial Real Estate Association of REALTORS®, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, and the Cherry Creek and Denver Metro Chambers of Commerce. Bryan also serves on the Economic Development Council and the Office Council for the Downtown Denver Partnership.
Born and raised in the great City of Denver, Bryan is a huge fan of all the local professional athletic teams. He also enjoys skiing, golf, live music and spending time with his very large extended family.
