Tim has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience in investment sales, leasing, subleasing, site acquisition and development and build-to-suits. His local, regional and national clients include American Express, Boston Market, Thomson Healthcare, Learjet, Flextronics, GE Capital, Mead Paper, Vstream, Colorado Ski Country, Waste Management, Vaultus, American States Insurance, Seagate, Unisys, Kiewit Corporation, and Delinea. For several years he has assisted SAFECO Insurance Company of America in the acquisition/disposition of corporate assets as well as many tenant representation assignments.

When Tim isn’t diligently working on real estate transactions, he enjoys skiing with his family, his dinner club, golf and sports with his two boys, Tim is a native of upstate New York.
