Recognized in the Denver Business Journal as one of the top producing industrial brokers in the metropolitan area, Pat has over 16 years of experience working with Denver's commercial real estate markets. Specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties, Pat currently serves on the Denver Metropolitan Board of Realtors Board of Directors. She has been recognized with numerous awards including the commercial real estate broker's Million-Dollar Roundtable. Her expertise includes single- and multi-tenant office/showroom, warehouse and research & development/flex-tech properties, as well as land sales. Over the past decade, Pat has handled a three-building portfolio of over 300,000 square feet along the I-70 Frontage Road in the northwest market, which she has maintained at 98% occupancy with her creative, down-to-earth business style. Pat has recently represented the Aurora Public Schools in the development and implementation of an acquisition strategy to maintain its educational facilities for current and projected enrollment within the school district.

Outside of the office, Pat spends time traveling, sailing, and could make an Olympic sport out of shopping.
