Karen specializes in tenant representation for office leasing and industrial leasing and sales. Her national clients have included GE Capital Employee Services Group, Knight Transportation and Boston based John Snow Inc. along with retail team experience procuring property for Burger King and Office Max. Prior to moving to Denver, Karen closed over $20 million in investment sales and leases in Salt Lake City. Karen's background also includes financial analysis reporting, real estate market research and title insurance experience. A member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), Karen was honored with the CREW Denver Member of the Year Award in 2001.

Karen is active in the art world with her husband, Ivar. She is an ardent hiker, tennis player and is passionate about working with several charitable organizations.
