JR specializes in buyer/tenant representation in the areas of office leasing and acquisitions. His clients include firms such as GE Capital, SAFECO and Spirent Communications. JR has also represented Kiewit Construction, Colorado Ski Country USA, Boston Market, Flextronics, Leggett & Platt and several regional oil & gas firms. Focusing primarily on the downtown market, he has a comprehensive understanding of the changing conditions that exist in the Metro Denver office market.

JR graduated from the University of Colorado and serves on DMCAR's Board of Directors. He is also an active member of the Downtown Denver Partnership and the Denver Partner's mentoring program.

In JR's off-time he is an avid runner; and enjoys golf, skiing, travel and cooking. He is a native of Chicago, and moved to Denver in the late nineties.
