Charlie brings over 14 years of real estate experience to Bitzer Real Estate Partners. Charlie’s focus at Bitzer Real Estate Partners has been with corporate representation, with a specific emphasis on working with corporations on strategic corporate facilities planning, build-to-suit, disposition of existing properties, financial analysis and facility acquisitions.  He has served clients in a variety of industry groups including financial services, high-technology and medical/biomedical corporations.

Charlie recently completed a corporate relocation and expansion of one of Colorado’s fastest growing high tech companies, Trenstar.  Here is what they had to say about Charlie’s representation.   “Working with Charlie Lodge was my first experience in working with a commercial real estate broker.  I was given the responsibility of locating office space that more than doubled our current space and working out a solution for our current lease.   Charlie not only helped me successfully accomplish these tasks, but educated me along the way.  He made my job look very easy.  The president and employees were very happy with the new office space.   I would not hesitate in accepting the responsibility of locating new office space again – especially if Charlie was the broker.

Charlie graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

When Charlie is outside the office, he enjoys cycling, lacrosse, and hiking 14'ers. His most precious time is spent with his wonderful wife, Maureen, and his beautiful daughter, Brenna.
