Brad brings over 21 years of diverse commercial real estate experience to the Bitzer Real Estate team, including 14 years of asset and property management of over 10 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties in three major markets. Representing various national companies including Trammell Crow, Travelers Insurance and Reich Mann International, Brad developed a reputation for value enhancement and problem solving. Brad concentrates on investment sales and tenant representation. He is an expert in telecommunications needs and has negotiated cellular telephone antenna site and fiber optic access leases for several national telecom companies. Most recently, Brad has represented US Bank and several prominent trusts in their efforts to sell or enhance their real estate portfolios. He holds a Colorado Registered Real Estate Appraiser License (inactive) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

When not working, Brad enjoys skiing, golf, hiking with his dog, Dylan and is very competitive in a local dart league.
