Bitzer's government services expert, Art Cudworth, has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, including 10 years with the real estate division of the General Services Administration (GSA). He focuses on serving government and government- related needs. Government transactions include the U.S. Park Service, the Department of Transportation, the US Attorneys Office, the Department of Defense, and build-to-suit projects for the GSA, including construction, development and lease negotiations. He has a working knowledge of the FAR & GSAR.

His extensive experience working within the US Government makes him uniquely qualified to handle government-related real estate transactions. Art acts as an agent for landlords and sellers as well as tenants and buyers for both public and private sector clients.

When Art is out of the office, he is fond of smoking cigars, and playing golf.
