Sierra Nevada Corporation, recently relocated from the Denver Tech Center to Southwest Denver.  This move and expansion totaled approximately 8,000 s.f..   

Decision One Mortgage recently expanded and renewed their current offices in the Denver Tech Center.  With the expansion space, Decision One Mortgage now has approximately 14,000 s.f.
